Andrew J. Wight

is the composer and co-lyric writer. He has been writing music for many years and played in orchestras and pop groups. This is the first musical he has composed and the response from those who have heard the music both in Russia and in the United Kingdom has been excellent.



Charles Stephens

is the producer. Charles is English and has worked as company manager in London's West End and overseas on productions for Andrew Lloyd Webber's Really Useful Group, Cameron Mackintosh Ltd, Triumph Apollo, Martin Hayes Associates and Theatre of Comedy. Credits include staging of Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Aspects of Love and Guys and Dolls.



Winston Shaw

is the story writer and co-lyric writer. Winston, an American with a number of writing and directing credits in the United States, has lived in Moscow for many years and drawn on this experience in writing the story and lyrics.


Brian de Salvo
is the writer of the 'book'. Based in Ireland, Brian is an independent director of repute. Originally an award winning writer of television commercials, Brian became a professional actor playing in shows such as Under Milk Wood and Fiddler on the Roof. His directing credits include Rosencrantz And Guildenstern Are Dead, Bugsy Malone, The Streets Of Dublin and Gilbert and Sullivans's operetta HMS Pinafore.


John Adams

is the director. He was, until recently, Artistic Director of England's largest and most famous regional theatre, the Birmingham Repertory Theatre. He regularly teaches at Britain's leading drama schools, including The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art ("RADA"), the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and the Mountview Conservatoire of Performing Arts.

Igor Kantiukov is the musical director. Igor has a distinguished musical career in Russia both in classical and popular music. He composed the music for more than 50 films, including Ballad on Valiant Knight Ivengo, The Black Arrow, Quentin Dorward, Rifleman of the King's Guards, Captain Grant's Children. Igor was also director and musical arranger of I. Kobzon's and L. Serebrennikov's projects.

David Cockayne is the set designer. He was trained as a theatre designer in Birmingham, England. He has worked in many of Britain's major regional theatres over a thirty-two year career. He has been heavily involved in theatre design education in Britain and internationally through OISTAT.

Erik Rehl is the associate set designer. He trained at the internationally based European Scenography Centres in London and Helsinki as well as the Moscow Art Theatre. Previous design work includes theatrical and commercial projects in New York and Philadelphia for Dance Theatre Workshop, the Ridiculous Theatrical Co, the People's Light and Theatre Co and US Chrome.

Natalia Fyodorova is the choreographer. She graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Culture and Shukin Theatre Institute (body language and mime technique). She teaches stage movement and jazz dance at the Moscow Art Theatre School. For the past four years she has worked as a movement coach on the MkhAT joint graduate programme with American Repertory Theater (Boston, MA). She also works as a choreographer in theatres in Russia and abroad.

Yaroslava Rafikova is the costume designer. She graduated from the Moscow Artistic and Technical Theatre Institute taught by Yosef Kirtser. Was production designer for the Russian cultural programme at "Expo-93" in South Korea. Set and costume designer for "Satirikon" and "Bat Cabaret" theatres.
