Irina Lindt (Katya)
Born in Almaty. After graduating from the Schukin Theatre School in 1996 started to work in Moscow Taganka Theatre directed by Y. Lubimov.
Roles: Lisa "Adolescent" by F. Dostoevsky, Princess Kseniya in "Boris Godunov" by A.Pushkin, Grushenka in "Karamazov Brothers" by F. Dostoevsky, Mozart in "Mozart and Salieri" by A. Pushkin, Charlotte Corday in "Marat and Marquise de Sade" by P. Waise.
Jay Marcus (Merc)
Jay was born in York, England and started his musical career at the age of 6 as a choirboy in the famous York Minster Cathedral. After graduating from Guildford School of Acting and Drama he played the lead role (Alex Dillingham) in Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Aspects of Love" touring the United Kingdom, then Joe Gillis in "Sunset Boulevard" by Andrew.Lloyd Webber opposite Elaine Paige and Petula Clark in London's West End. Jay has worked extensively in straight theatre, radio, television and film and has made numerous CD recordings. This is Jay's second visit to Moscow: in April 1993 he performed in the English production of the musical "Man of la Mancha".
Alexander Pyatkov (Slava)
Alexander is an actor of Maly Academic Theatre. Awarded the title of "Honorable Artist of Russia".
Andre Egorov (Tolya)
Theatre and Film Actor. Since 1993 has been working in the Russian Army Theatre. Favorite roles: Milovodov in "On the Hot Spot" by A.Ostrovsky, Claudio in "Much Ado About Nothing" by W.Shakespeare. "Golden Oven" Award (Russian Cinema Critics) as Best Male Actor in the film "The Time of Dancer" dir. by V.Abrashitov. He loves his work and he is happy to get the chance to work on a musical.
Valentina Ignateva (Ludmilla)
Graduated from the State Institute of Theatre Art named by Lunacharsky as a theatre director and now works as an actress in the Moscow Drama Theatre "Modern". Prizewinner of the All-Union and International Competitions and International Festival of Musical Actors named by A.Mironov. She played main parts in such films as "The Velvet Season", "Life is Woman", "Cyrano de Bergerac". Mother of two children.
Marina Chaplygina (Jenya)
Graduated from GITIS State Institute Of Theatre Art and worked as an actor in "The Third Direction", "Bushe" Magic Theatre and Bat Cabaret Theatre.
She performed the songs of Magdalena from "Jesus Christ -Superstar" , Grizabella "Cats", Norma from "Sunset Boulevard" by A.L.Webber and many others.
She also recorded a CD album of electronic-symphony music by M. Chekalin "How to avoid the passion of sharp and thrusting objects".
Olga Sarycheva (Lyuba)
Born Korolev (Moscow region). In 1980 moved to Moscow. In 1995 she graduated from the Schepkin Theatre School. Now she works in Sphera Theatre.
Alexander Revenko (Misha)
Graduated from RATI (Russian Academy of Theatre Art). He is an actor in MOSSOVET Theatre, where he plays Herod in "Jesus Christ Superstar" by A.L.Webber, Rival in "Bel Ami" by Guy de Maupassant, Fabian in "Twelfth Night" by William Shakespeare.
Vlad Stashinsky (Igor)
After graduating from Schepkin Theatre School in 1993 joined Moscow Operetta Theatre. Favorite roles: Toni in "The Princess of the Circus", Bissar Duke Luxembourg", Mitrus "Holopka". He also played Don Carlos in "Stone Guest" by Pushkin in Vernisazh Theatre and the lead role in A. Ostrovsky's "Profitable Place" at the Expromt Theatre. He is a composer of music film and theatre music the author of more than 50 songs on Moscow radio.
Yury Mazikhin (Sasha)
Graduated in 1988 from the Sverdlovsk Theatre Institute. 1988-1993- an actor in Sverdlovsk State of Musical Comedy. 1993-1996 - "Musicland" Theatre in Moscow. 1996-1999 - works in the Moscow Theatre "Modern". Prizewinner of Russian and International competitions of Musical Actors.
Petr Markin (Vaska)
1992-97 studied at GITIS. 1993: played John the Baptist and Judas in "Godspell" (Guildford School of Acting production). 1996: played Antonio in "The Marriage of Figaro" at the Stanislavsky/Nemirovich-Danchenko Musical Theatre. Since 1997 has been performing with the Bat Cabaret Theatre (parts in "Les Miserables", "Phantom of the Opera", "Evita").
